LESSON 06

Plan and journal

A trading plan defines the market, timeframe, entry conditions, risk, and exit. Write these rules before trading so emotion does not change them. A journal records the reason, entry, stop, result, and lesson of each trade. Add a short note about what you will improve or repeat next time. Review it regularly to find recurring mistakes instead of relying on memory. Progress comes from consistent review, not from the number of trades.
